| Our client is looking to recruit a Veterinary Surgeon on a long term locum basis to start May until January 2013 to cover maternity leave. This will be at their small animal practice in Lancashire, just east of Manchester. This is a full time position; the vet will be required to work approximately 40 hours per week. There is no OOH work involved with this and there is 1:4 weekends which will be Saturday 9.00 to 4.00pm and Sunday 10.00am to 11.00am. The working hours will be on a rota basis of early and late finishes - 8.00am – 4.30pm and 11.00am - 7.30pm. Unfortunately there is no accommodation with this position, so they are looking for a local locum. 6 Nurses, 4 Vets, no sole charge. The applicant must possess a minimum of 4 years experience with small animals.
