| Our client is looking to recruit a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent basis to work at their small animal practice in Preston. They are a 100% Small Animal. This position available immediately. With this role you may also be required to work at their sister practice in Lytham, St Anne’s. Currently at practice there is a practice manager, one full time vet and multiple nurses plus receptionists. They have a wide range of facilities available in house including x-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound and many more; enabling you to carry out all your veterinary duties efficiently and effectively. This position would suit a veterinary surgeon who is confident in sole charge as quite a lot of this will be involved so must be competent and confident in all routine surgeries and consultations. This is a full time position working on a 40 hours week with hours 9am till 7pm, there is no on call and no weekends involved however this may change due to the needs of the business. For the part time position, the hours are negotiable and flexible around your requirements. Finally for this role, it is necessary that you have a driving license and own transportation as travelling between branches may be required.
