We have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified vet nurse to start as soon as possible at a busy small animal practice in Inverness. This is a full time position, the shifts fall between 8am and 8pm (approximately 8 hours per day). The on call rota is 1:7 evenings, the nurse will not have to hold the phone, just see to inpatients. The weekend rota is 1:4, this involves Friday night inpatients on call, Saturday morning surgery then on call until Monday morning. This is a 5.5 vet practice with 6 qualified nurses and there are 2 branch practices. Our client is looking for a local vet nurse as accommodation cannot be provided. To qualify for this position you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
