| Recruit4vets is the UK’s leading specialist veterinary recruitment agency. We have a fantastic opportunity for a senior veterinary surgeon to work in a busy small animal practice in Essex. This is a 1.5 vet and 6 nurse practice- this position would be full time. The hours are Monday to Friday 9am till 7pm, and the vet will also be required to work a weekend rota (1.5:6 weekends), the hours will then be Saturday- 5pm till 7pm and Sunday- 12pm till 7pm. This surgery benefits from all modern equipment including colour flow doppler, ultrasound, endoscopes, in-house blood test machine including T4, electrolyte and ASIF equipment. This practice is close to M25 and has good train and tube links to London. The applicant must speak excellent English and be very capable of operating and working in a busy surgery and would ideally suit a certificate holder. The salary package is in the region of £50,000, dependent on experience. To qualify for this position you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
