We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fun and friendly team based in Ashbourne, Derbyshire who are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their Small Animal team on a permanent basis.

The Practice:

This is a well-equipped practice with a friendly team of 5 vets and 9 nurses. Blenheim Veterinary Centre offers excellent quality care with modern facilities in a welcoming atmosphere. The practice is an RCVS accredited Tier 2 training practice and have been offering 24/7 care in the Derbyshire area since 2002. They are a traditional small animal practice and care for all domestic species such as dogs a cats. They can also boast modern facilities such as digital x-ray, well-equipped theatres for more complex soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries, ultrasound, in-house laboratory and much more.

The Role:

This is a full-time position with an equal share of the weekends and OOHs rota. Part-time applicants may also be considered for the right applicant.

In return, the practice can offer a highly competitive salary, OOHs bonus, CPD, pension etc.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience post-graduation and be confident to join the OOHs rota.

Candidates must enjoy working in a friendly, family type environment and enjoy lots of tea/coffee and cake!
