We are working with a wonderful practice in Maidstone who are looking to recruit an additional veterinary surgeon to join their team on a permanent basis.  

The Practice: 

The practice is based within easy reach of the Kent countryside with great transport links. Their talented and friendly team is made up of 5 vets and 4 nurses with an excellent support team. They hold a variety of interests, one of the vets is studying towards a Certificate in Medicine. The practice sees a wide variety of cases and carry out all routine surgeries as well as soft tissue and some basis orthopaedics. They have state of the art facilities including digital X-ray, ultrasound, fluid pump, ECG and pulse oximetry. 

The Role: 

This is a full-time, permanent, veterinary surgeon position, working 40 hours per week, with a weekend rota of 1 in 3. There is no sole charge or out of hours responsibility.

The Candidate: 

Due to the experience of the existing team, the practice can consider applications from newly qualified vets as well as experienced vets. The ideal candidate will be personable and approachable, and enjoy building relationships with patients, clients and the wider team.
