We are working with a friendly small animal practice in Tilbury, Essex that is looking for a confident and ambitious Veterinary Surgeon to lead this practice. This role offers excellent flexibility as this role could be full-time or a job share between two part-time vets.
This is a one vet practice (that's you) with three supportive nurses and a friendly receptionist. The practice is well quipped with all of the staple facilities and feeds into our clients fantastic 24-hour hospital in Southend, for all out-of-hour care and where you can draw on the expertise of advanced practitioners and certificate holders in surgery, internal medicine, endosurgery and other disciplines. The practice is situated on the main high street and offers the best of both worlds with great transport links into London for all the capital has to offer as well as having the English seaside only a 40 minute drive away.
This is a fantastic sole charge position which can be either full-time or part-time (as part of a job share). This is an exciting and unique opportunity that will allow you to take ownership of the practice, building strong working relationships with both the team and clients. You will have plenty of time for procedures and thorough work-ups of cases during the day. Consults are done in the morning and afternoon.
You will be an experienced veterinary surgeon that is confident in sole charge (as you will be the sole Lead Vet). This role offers the right person exciting career progression and the opportunity for partnership.
