We are working with a well-established practice in North London that is looking for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon on a part-time permanent basis.
This a very busy, well equipped practice with digital x-ray, ultrasound, fantastic dental facilities, separate cat and dog wards, in-house lab and imaging room.
It is also situated just ten minutes away from our clients' main 24-hour centre where all out-of-hours is managed and access to MRI, CT, endoscopy.
This role requires an interest in both surgery and medicine with surgery in the morning and consults in the afternoon. Here, you will have support from a friendly, cohesive team led by two branch partners - both hold certificates in small animal medicine; you will also work alongside two qualified nurses, two student nurses and two receptionists. The role will involve working accross two branches.
Hours are Monday and Friday (8.30 am-7.30 pm) Thursday afternoons (1.45 pm-7.30 pm) and 1 in 2 Saturdays in our clients hospital.
This is a part-time role which requires a confident and motivated vet with at least 3-4 years’ post qualified experience. You will be competent in GP level surgeries, including dental extractions.
