We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, small animal practice based in North West Hampshire. Our client is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Our client is an established, caring family-oriented practice serving the local area in Hampshire as well as seeing exotic pets from up to 200 miles away. The independent practice is looking to recruit a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their 6 Vet, 6 Nurse team.
Our client is currently looking for a permanent, full-time RVN to join their team working 37.5hrs per week, rota includes start times at 7.30 am, 8 am and 11.30 am or 12 noon, with finish times from 3 pm, 4 pm, 7 pm and 7.30pm for weekdays. Weekend start times are Saturday 8 am until around 1 pm (if the nurses finish before 1 pm they may be able to leave early), usually, an inpatient required and often a 10 pm check on patients at the clinic. Sunday has a start time of 9.30am, working until 11.30am with the same later checks required as a Saturday. (on call for the whole weekend)
All nursing tasks will be undertaken, medical ward nursing, surgical theatre nursing, nurse consultations.
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary starting at £20,000 p/a DOE, as well as CPD allowance and certificates, are encouraged and fully funded plus 28 days holiday.
