We are working with a group of 3 practices in North London that are looking for a good all round Veterinary Surgeon (GP) to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
This practice is one of the top providers of veterinary care in North London and has a strong team of 8 vets, most of which are certificate holders in Medicine or Surgery. The practice also has an array of facilities to provide a full service of care and very rarely refer any patients. All branches are modern and fully equipped with up to date surgical and diagnostic equipment. They offer a range of services ranging from free puppy and kitten consultations, vaccinations, spaying and neutering, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, separate dog and cat facilities and a fully equipped in-house laboratory. They have a large, friendly team of vets and nurses who are all highly trained and regularly kept up to date with ongoing training to ensure all staff has up to date knowledge with the advances of veterinary medicine and surgery.
This role is to work as alongside another very experienced Veterinary Surgeon as a general practitioner. The practice works to a very high standard and includes some great facilities including digital x-rays (including dental) and laparoscopy. The principal vet is very open to hear your ideas and if there was anything you wanted to bring to the table this would be welcomed.
You will be working alongside excellent RVN team and a certificated medicine cat vet - as the practice sees a lot of cats. The practice offers a varied and interesting case-load.
The more experience you have the better but a good all-rounder GP is desired. You will be a key player working alongside another GP veterinary surgeon.
In return, our client is offering an excellent salary of £55,000 (DOE). Accommodation is available if required.
