Our client is a well-established small animal practice near to Warwickshire and Staffordshire border, that is seeking a Clinical Director to join them. Our client has three practices and they are looking for a dedicated small animal Veterinary Surgeon that is confident and experienced.
Our client is a long established small animal veterinary practice that has 3 branches providing treatment to thousands of animals from right across the Warwickshire region. Their practice aims to provide a high-quality service to its patients and clients. Their experienced veterinary surgeons are highly regarded for their care of small animals and the trained nursing staff are dedicated to providing the best treatment possible, as well as offering a wide range of clinics devoted to animal well being and preventative healthcare.
The practice is looking for a Clinical Director to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This will include a 4 day week with amenable rota with no out of hour requirements.
In return, our client is offering an excellent salary of £60,000-£80,000 (DOE), generous CPD allowance of £1200 p/a with 5 paid CPD days, 25 day holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension, staff discounts, cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers and discount gym memberships.
The ideal candidate would be confident, experienced and used to delivering a high standard of clinical work and patient care. Previous management experience is not essential, as there will be scope to develop your management skills further in this role. Support will be given in all aspects of the CD role.
