We are looking for an experienced and dedicated night Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for emergency and critical care who enjoys working to a gold standard, to join our clients practice in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire on a permanent basis.
Our clients’ hospital has 3 consult rooms, 1 dental room, a theatre, imaging room and separate cat and dog kennel areas as well as isolation kennels and recovery kennels in a large prep room with 2 additional work stations. They have an experienced team of 4 day vets, 12 nurses and 4 receptionists.
Their facilities include isoflurane anesthesia, ventilator in theatre, CR digital radiography and DR dental radiography, ultrasound capable of excellent abdominal and cardiac scans. They also have a flexible and rigid endoscopy, Intravenous fluid pumps, dedicated constant-rate infusion pumps, blood pressure machines, lactate monitor, in-house biochemistry and haematology, microscope and eye tonometry.
The night staff will be supported by an award winning team of day vets and nurses. We have nurses with advanced diploma qualifications and vets with certificates in surgery, diagnostic imaging, ophthalmology, endoscopy & endosurgery, emergency medicine and dermatology.
Our client is looking for a full-time experienced veterinary surgeon to join their dedicated night team. You will be working on a set 7 nights on and 7 nights off rota.
