We are currently recruiting for a confident VCA or RVN to join a busy hospital practice in South West London. This is a full-time position and candidates must be fully confident with monitoring anaesthetics with all procedures.
Our client has been established for over 30 years. They have 7 dedicated and experienced vets at their practice as well as 4 RVNs, 2VCAs and 4student nurses. Their vets all have special clinical interests including orthopaedic and soft-tissue surgery, key-hole surgery, ultrasound, and general medicine. The modern approach to vet care is reflected in their well-equipped surgery, providing the full range of services from vaccines and preventative treatments to surgical and hospitalisation facilities, and services offered include Free kitten and puppy checks, Vaccinations, Worming, Flea treatment, Neutering, Dietary advice, Insurance advice, Orthopaedic and soft-tissue surgery, Laparoscopic (keyhole) spays, Therapeutic laser (K laser), Nurse clinics, Pet passports and travel advice, Puppy training parties.
This is a full-time position, 40hrs per week, either 8 am - 4: 30 pm or 11 am - 8 pm. 1 in 6 full weekends, no OOHS.
This position is open to both confident VCA applicants and RVNs. Applicants must be fully confident with monitoring anaesthetics for all procedures. This is a busy hospital practice with a high volume of emergency work.
Generous salary and package available from £16,000+ depending on experience, as well as pension, paid holiday, CPD etc.
