We are currently working with a friendly independent practice situated on the borders of Hampshire and Berkshire that is looking to recruit a permanent small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
Our client has a modern practice with three branches. The group has been established for many years and client service and clinical excellence are their goals. They register clients within all the surrounding areas of Yateley, Ash, Ash Vale, Aldershot, Frimley Green, Blackwater, Farnham and pride themselves on their word of mouth reputation. They strive to make their branches part of the community and actively take part in local shows and support local events when possible. They offer the following services:
Digital Radiology, ultrasound, modern dental equipment, modern well equipped operating room for surgical procedures, in-house laboratory-used for pre-operative and emergency blood samples and urinalysis, computerised records (linked to all three surgeries), fully equipped consultation rooms, cat only clinics with cat friendly equipment, mobile vaccination clinics, free nurse appointments including new puppy/kitten clinics,1st birthday clinics, lifestyle clinics, dental clinics, weight clinics and senior pet clinics, free parking
This is a full-time permanent post working in a busy practice with a long-standing team of 9 vets, 10 nurses and support staff. It would involve working 4 days per week Monday to Friday between 8.45am -18.30 pm - WE: 1:6/7, No OOHs, very little sole charge. A part-time position would be considered on a job share.
This post would suit a small animal vet with a minimum of 2/3 years UK veterinary work experience who is competent in routine surgery, likes working as part of a team and is customer focused.A clinical Director role could be available for the right candidate.
