We are working with a growing and thriving state-of-the-art practice that is looking for a full-time Head Veterinary Nurse to join them on a permanent basis.
You don’t need to have been a Head Nurse before, but you must have the passion and drive to be a fantastic leader, and be excited to contribute your ideas and experience with your team and the rest of the leadership team to help shape the future of our young and growing company.

You will be supported to develop your skills and will have the opportunity to progress as our client is a young, growing, thriving company with lots of new opportunities emerging.
Your standard working hours will be 40 hours per week. You will be required to work shifts within the practice opening hours. You will also be part of the weekend rota too, working 1 in every 4 weekends. You will get time off during the week to make up for the weekend hours worked.
You will be key in the running of the clinic, making sure the nursing team are working efficiently and the clinic running smoothly. You will be part of the leadership team working alongside the business manager and Clinical Director in making key decisions. You will also be part of our Head Nurse leadership team across all of our clinics, working together to learn from each other and develop new initiatives.

- Salary up to £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)

To qualify for this position, you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
