We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a small animal veterinary surgeon on a full time basis to start at a friendly and professional corporate practice in Braintree, Essex.

Their purpose built, modern surgery has been designed to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including in-house operating theatre and laboratory, digital x-ray, specialist dental equipment and much more. Their highly trained veterinary surgeons and nurses are kept constantly updated on the latest innovations and protocols. They offer a full range of treatments from health checks to emergency operations and they are always committed to providing exceptional veterinary services.
Our client is looking to recruit a full time veterinary surgeon ideally with 2 years post-graduation experience. The practice has developed a well-established, hard-working driven team made up of 1 full time and 3 part time vets, 3 RVNs, 1 student nurse, 1 veterinary care assistant and 3 receptionists. The team have built up strong relationships with their clients and therefore key to being successful in this role will be your communication skills and client care abilities.
This is a full time role made up of 4 full days and 1 day off per week, with a weekend rota of 1 in 3. There will be an element of sole charge with this position, however there is no OOH responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have good all-round veterinary skills, be fully competent in surgery and consultations at 1st opinion practice level. Our client offers a generous CPD allowance and friendly and supportive team environment.
