We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a small animal Registered Veterinary Nurse on a full-time basis to start at a friendly practice in Manchester.
Our client offers the latest state-of-the-art equipment, to ensure prompt diagnoses and the most effective treatments. Their purpose built, modern surgery has been designed to industry-leading standards and has state of the art equipment including in-house operating theatre and laboratory, digital x-ray, specialist dental equipment and much more. Their highly trained veterinary surgeons and nurses are kept constantly updated on the latest innovations and protocols. They offer a full range of treatments from health checks to emergency operations and they are always committed to providing exceptional veterinary services. You will be joining a team of 7 – made up of 2 receptionists, 1 practice manager, 1 nurse, 1 VCA and 2 vets.
This is a permanent position for a Registered Veterinary Nurse This vacancy is between 30-40 hours per week, working every other weekend on an alternating basis alongside our other other nurse with 2 days off in lieu falling on a Monday and a Tuesday in return. Some sole charge would also be required; however this would be alongside a vet.
The practice has a growing client base, with a good mix of cases and so you’ll be enthusiastic; self-motivated, and keen to help develop the nursing relationship with pets and clients. This role would suit second-year students, newly qualified or experienced nurse.
