We are working with a practice based in Southampton, Hampshire that is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full or part-time permanent basis.
Our clients’ are looking for an enthusiastic, professional individual to join their amazing team as a Veterinary Surgeon.
You will get to work in a bright, spacious, air-conditioned surgery which opened in 2017, and purpose built to industry leading standards with state of the art equipment including ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray and in-house laboratory facilities.
By joining the practice you will be part of a team consisting of 2 Vet Partners, 1 Vet, 3 Nurses and 4 Receptionists. They are all dedicated to providing superb standards of client and animal care and as this role plays a key part within a small, friendly team the ideal candidate will be adaptable and flexible.
This rewarding position for a Veterinary Surgeon is full-time and permanent. (30-45 hours per week) and will include weekends on a 1 in 3 rota basis. There is no OOH requirement, meaning all colleagues can enjoy an excellent work/life balance. Successful applicants should be confident in an occasional sole charge role and enjoy the variety provided by the clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidates will have good general surgical and medical skills and experience in emergency surgery. The practice has an expanding, loyal client base and are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who will form great relationships with both existing and new clients.
