We are working with Equine Veterinary Practice in the Chippenham area of Wiltshire that is looking for either a full-time veterinary surgeon or two part-time vets to join them on a permanent basis.
This veterinary group has provided equine care since its origins; however, in recent years have seen the development of their dedicated equine team. As such their team provides equine services in the local area 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This includes care from paddock pet to the high-level competition horse, they are pleased to offer a variety of services tailored to meet each horse’s individual requirements.
They have the latest scanning and digital x-ray equipment which enable them to perform diagnostic procedures at the yard or they can use the excellent facilities at the Clinic which further aid in diagnostic work-ups and reduce the cost, as there is no call-out fee. Their in-house lab enables them to give urgent test results within hours.
This is a permanent position that could be either a full-time veterinary surgeon or two part-time as a job share. The rota is based around a 1 in 4 weekend rota and different shift preferences can be considered.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Equine Veterinary Surgeon to join our client. Ideally an equine vet that is confident of sole charge vet work, and in working with valued clients. Some client visits required so must be able to drive.
