We are working with a client in Edinburgh, Scotland that has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director to join a well established Hospital Practice, with three centres and an OOH emergency service.
Our clients’ are committed to providing the best veterinary care for their clients and pets, 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Employing only the best staff and investing in the most up to date equipment. They provide health care for dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, other small furries, and budgies. The Vets and nurses must fulfill annual training requirements to continue providing top quality care to their clients' pets. There is a high standard of modern equipment and nursing support. Facilities include X-Ray, Ultrasound, Dental X-ray, etc.
This is a permanent role for a Clinical Director. The full-time post combines a clinical role with overseeing all aspects of the management and development of the practice/s. The successful candidate will work alongside another Clinical Director and be supported by the Practice Manager.
You will be an experienced vet who is an excellent communicator, who thrives on positive interactions with clients and their pets and has an aptitude and desire to lead a high performing veterinary team. Our clients’ are looking for the right person to manage the continued evolution of the practice and steer the team to continue to improve on the care that the practice provides.
