We are working with a mixed practice in Greenock, Scotland that has an exciting opportunity for a small animalVeterinary Surgeon to join them in a permanent part-time role.
They are a 17 vet, RCVS accredited mixed practice with surgeries in both Paisley and Greenock and very close links to Glasgow University. They have excellent facilities, including a fully equipped lab with the latest haematology, biochemistry, electrolyte and therapeutic monitoring equipment, ultrasound scanners, digital radiography and dental x-ray machine, endoscope and the latest dental machine, instruments and equipment. The large animal side is also well equipped with fertility equipment, portable scanner, endoscope and mobile digital x-ray and processor. They enjoy monthly visits from a cardiorespiratory specialist and a diagnostic imager attends fortnightly. They have their own ophthalmologist certificate holder and acupuncturist. The computer system is linked between branches allowing patient continuity.
This is a permanent role for a Veterinary Surgeon. The position is part-time. The exact working pattern is to be confirmed together with any weekend rota and out of hour requirements
