We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time permanent Veterinary Surgeon to start at a branch practice near Kettering, Northamptonshire.
The Practice is based in the small market town of Raunds which is near Kettering. They provide an excellent service in the heart of the community. They have the usual facilities including dental and operating suites and in in house lab. The practice is one of 4 with all out of hours going to our clients’ 24 hour tier 3 hospital in Kettering. As you would expect from a tier 3 hospital, this is well equipped to deliver high standards of clinical care. Their key services are delivered via equipment that is maintained and constantly modernised to provide 24 hour emergency care of their patients.
Being virtually in the middle of the country Kettering offers good links to the A14, M1 & M6 so that when you are looking to shoot off you can get anywhere quickly by either road, rail or plane, maximising relaxation. London is only 50 minutes by train.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time permanent Veterinary Surgeon. The hours are 42 per week (the exact working pattern is to be confirmed) but will include a 1 in 2 rota for Saturday mornings working 08.30-12.30.
Our client is looking for someone confident, friendly and enthusiastic with great communication skills. You’ll have good general small animal surgical and medical abilities and a desire to learn and improve. Ideally you will have experience of working in a busy environment, where client and patient care are key.
