We are working with a fantastic independent hospital practice in Ashford, Kent, who are in search of two Veterinary Surgeon to join their six vet and 6 RVN team on a permanent, full-time basis. They are looking for one of the vets to ideally be a surgery certificate holder but would be happy to support a candidate that would work towards a certificate or has a strong interest.
As you would expect from a hospital practice, they are equipped with all the latest equipment and facilities, including Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, IDEXX Lab equipment, Endoscope etc and operate a VetSpace computer system. The practice prides themselves in forming lasting relationships with patients and their owners, and have a fantastic team. They are a well-established, supportive practice who are looking for confident, team players who have the desire to provide excellent service to clients and patients.
This is a full-time permanent position working a four day week that provides a great opportunity for a good work/life balance. There are no out of hours requirements and the shifts 08:00-18:00 or 08:30-18:30 with a later finish of 19:30 once a week. The weekend rota consists of 2 in 6 Saturdays.
Your day will consist of a mixture of consults an surgery through the day.

The practice is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with at least 3 years post graduate experience. Ideally you will be a surgery certificate holder but they would be happy to support a candidate that would work towards a certificate or has a strong interest in this field. Own transport will be required for the role,
