We are currently working with a practice in North West London who are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them full time on a permanent basis
This is an independent run veterinary practice, they give each of their patients an excellent level of care and attention. They get to know each animal and their owner, helping them give the right treatment at the right time.
In the practice, they are exceptionally proud of their facilities, especially the separate entrances for both cats and dogs. In addition, they have invested heavily in technology, ensuring practice equipment is up-to-date. They have ECG machines to oxygen units, electrosurgery technology to dental equipment, all the facilities have been bought in to help your pet overcome their illnesses and injuries.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years experience and must enjoy client and patient interaction and have a desire to help people. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential and you must be passionate about veterinary nursing.
This role involves general patient and client care as well as assisting our general practitioners. They offer a referral specialist service in cardiology, ultrasonography, orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery as well as referral dentistry.
The position is full-time working 40 hours a week, weekends are 1:3 with a day off in lieu and no OOH’s.
In return, our client is offering a salary of £23,000-£25,000 p/a - dependent on experience, £500 CPD allowance p. a, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and bonus scheme.
