We are working with a rapidly growing practice in Castleford, West Yorkshire that is looking for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent full-time basis. The practice welcomes new graduates as well as candidates wishing to find their first UK-based role.
The practice team currently consists of 3.5 Vets, 3 RVNs, a Practice Manager and 3 receptionists. They have good ties with the local community and regularly get involved with charity events.
The practice has a loyal and engaged client base with an interesting, mixed caseload. The successful candidate will have full freedom to work up cases and develop their own client base with as much support from the team as required.
The practice is purpose built with state of the art equipment including full theatre, dentistry equipment, xrays, ultrasound and blood pressure monitoring tools.
This is a permanent full-time role for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon. The hours are 40 per week with Saturdays on a rota basis. There are no Sundays or out of hours.

Newly qualified applicants will be eager to learn and put their theory into practice with the support of this welcoming team. You will also have the opportunity to study towards a certificate as this is strongly encouraged.
