We are working worth a highly regarded practice in Lincoln, East Midlands that is looking for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full or part-time permanent basis.

This delightful practice enjoys an excellent reputation in the group and won Best New Practice in its first year of operation. The bright, air-conditioned surgery is purpose built and has all the toys you’d expect including digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, ECG, blood pressure monitor, tonometer, electrocautery, orthopaedic kit, in house lab plus separate cat/dog/isolation kennels. You will join our clients’ existing team of 4 vets where you’ll enjoy support from 5 qualified and experienced nurses, 1 VCA and 3 receptionists.
This is a permanent full or part-time role for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon. Our clients’ really value work-life balance as a practice, therefore they aim to ensure everyone has a 1-hour lunch break every day and the consultations are scheduled to finish 30 minutes prior to the end of your working day, which should ensure that you regularly finish on time. Overtime is paid accordingly. In addition, you’ll enjoy a full day off each week. They have 15-minute appointments as standard, with double appointments for first vaccinations, blood tests and euthanasia consultations.
Ideally, you will work a 40 hour week, including 1 in 3 weekends, but applications from those wishing to work fewer hours will be considered. You will occasionally work sole charge, but not if you’re a more recently qualified vet.
