We are currently working with a practice that has four branches spread across Lancashire and Cumbria, they are about to set up a new OOH practice so they are looking for three full time OOH Registered Veterinary Nurses to join them on a permanent basis.
This small animal practice have been accredited Tier 2 RCVS status which means that every pet receives nothing but the highest standard of treatment. Between their four surgeries they are equipped to conduct everything from thorough general health checks right through to major surgical procedures. The practice is fully equipped with the state of the art facilities which includes an in house laboratory, ultrasound, ECG, laser they have an extensive area dedicated to dogs, cats, rabbits and small furries; whether they are sick, injured or recovering from surgery. Their clean, warm and comfortable area provides pets with the perfect place to relax when they need it most.
The ideal candidate needs at least three years experience and be confident with sole charge, duties would include a short period of evening consultations, followed by emergency work and work-ups of cases brought in through the night.
This is a full time position working one week on and two weeks off the shift pattern is 19:00-08:00. In return, our client is offering a competitive salary, CPD allowance, VDS fees paid and pension.
