We are looking for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join a well established practice in Anfield, Merseyside on a full-time permanent basis.
Anfield has a theatre room and a biochem machine, this branch has an experienced vet and a patient care assistant. Anfield has strong transport links and is supported by our clients’ nearby 24 hour centre.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse who shares our clients’ passion for delivering outstanding service and care for both clients and patients. Ideally you will have previous Head Nurse experience and be confident leading a team or you are ready to take the next step into a Head Nurse position. The ideal candidate will have clinical coaching experience and will be keen to support and develop the student nurses and not be afraid to get stuck in with the duties and lead by example. You will be fully supported within your move and our clients’ will offer full management training with their dedicated in-house internal training team.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 1:4 weekends with time back in lieu, 2 to 3 on-call weeks per year with fair share of bank holidays.
