We are working with a practice that is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their busy, well-established small animal practice located in the heart of the Lincolnshire Fens.
Our clients practice is located in a spacious old building which has plenty of character and is well equipped, including digital X-ray and ultrasound facilities.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside a long standing team of devoted knowledgeable vets and a large team of enthusiastic experienced nurses and reception staff. With multi-disciplinary certificate holders on site, advancement to a certificate qualification would be actively encouraged. Boston is a busy practice with a varied caseload and receives regular orthopaedic cases including TTA’s and TPLO’s.
This is a full-time permanent position. The role is 4 days per week with 1 in 6 weekends OR 1 in 3 Saturday or Sunday.
The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, a client-oriented approach with excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically with the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further. The ideal candidate will be a certificate holder however this is not essential.
