We have a fantastic opening for a full-time permanent Clinical Director to work at our clients’ practice near Aberdeen, Scotland.

The practice is an established, well equipped, RCVS accredited small animal first opinion training practice with many friendly and long term clients and a team of expert staff (3 FT, 2 PT Vets and qualified Nurses).
This is a permanent full-time position for a small animal Clinical Director. The role involves no OOH, with a 1:5 Friday night and Saturday morning rota.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinical Director who is motivated, experienced and has strong communication skills. Excellent client and patient care is a must. Management experience although not essential would be an advantage, to continue to drive the practice forward. You will be well supported by a network of like-minded professionals and this role offers an excellent opportunity for anyone who has wanted to run their own practice without the burden of financial commitment.
Competitive salary and bonus scheme, with relocation allowance of up to £5,000
Generous CPD Allowance of £1200, plus 5 paid CPD days
