We are currently working with a recently opened independent veterinary practice that is looking to recruit a permanent small animal veterinary surgeon to join their team.
This is is privately owned clinic where the owners have a particular interest in fertility. They are offering a keen small animal veterinary surgeon the opportunity to become involved in the practice offering ideas for development and growth of the business and in the future becoming a possible shareholder. The role will initially involve working with one nurse although they plan to take on another vet in the next 6 months. The practice is well equipped and will be creating both dog and cat wards in the very near future.
This is a full-time sole charge position working between 08.00- 20.00 - consulting hours between 08.30 - 11.00 - 11.00- 15.30 closed for ops 15.30 - 20.00 consults. Weekend rota is 1:2 Saturday 09.00 - 15.30, ther =e re no out of hour requirements for this role.
This position will suit an experienced small animal veterinary surgery who is capable of handling sole charge, comfortable with routine ops, ceasarean sections & soft palate surgery. A veterinary surgeon who is keen to make the practice and its development and growth their own.
