Our client is a family run 2 surgery practice in the Croydon area who are now seeking to recruit a Registered Veterinary Nurse or Head Nurse.
This is a small, friendly, family run practice which prides themselves on excellent customer service for both treasured pets and their owners. The offer a wide range of facilities such as; diagnostic procedures; hospitalisation; consultations; in-house laboratory; surgical procedures; dental and nurse clinics. Plus boarding and cattery facilities.
This is a full-time role working 35-40hrs a week and would suit a Registered Veterinary Nurse with 2 years post qualified experience, however, a newly graduated Registered Nurse would be considered. There are a variety of shifts available between the hours of 07:30 - 20:00. The weekend requirement is 1:4 Saturday mornings from 08:00 - 13:00 and there are no out of hours required and no sole charge. There is a very small chance of branch work. Clinical coaching skills would be advantageous.
For this role, you must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse who is an excellent communicator both written and orally, and, be a good team player within a small friendly, supportive team. You must be ambitious with a "can do" attitude and calm under pressure. Some clinical coaching skills would be desirable but not essential.
