We are working with a client with a practice based in Newton Mearns, Strathclyde that has a great opportunity for a small animal Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them on a full or part-time permanent basis.
You will be working in a surgery purpose built to industry leading standards, with state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, in-house haematology and biochemistry machine as well as ultrasound. They have separate dog and cat wards and are rabbit friendly too! In this role you will benefit from a growing client base, a high percentage of them insured, which allows for a thorough work up of cases. If you have an interest in animal behaviour, this would be beneficial but is not essential. Located just off the M77 they are only 20 mins from Glasgow city centre, with good transport links and access to buses and trains.

This is a permanent position for a Registered Veterinary Nurse. The exact working pattern together with any weekend requirements are to be discussed at interview stage with the aim to match your availability with the practice requirements.
You will be a dynamic and proactive nurse with solid all round skills or an enthusiastic and motivated 2nd year student.
