We are currently working with a small animal practice which is accredited by the Royal College Of Veterinary Surgeons, that is looking for Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time permanent basis. They apply a high standard of Veterinary science to a friendly and personal service to their clients and their pets.

The Practice:

The practice has been caring for their client’s animals in Witney, Carterton and the surrounding areas since the practice was established over 50 years ago. Their mission is to give the highest quality medical, surgical, and nursing care to all patients and to treat each and everyone as if they were their own. The practice is purpose-built to industry-leading standards with state of the art equipment including, ultrasound, digital x-ray, on-site laboratory, endoscopy, ultrasonic dental equipment and the Robovet computer system.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience and be competent with periods of sole charge. You must also be competent with Bitch Spays without supervision. Our client is looking for a confident ambitious vet with fantastic customer care skills and is able to work well under pressure. Duties will be a balanced mixture of consults and ops. Certificates are supported and encouraged for the right candidate.

The Role:

This is a full-time position working 3 1/2 days a week. There are no OOH and weekends are 2:5 Saturday mornings 9am-1pm.

Salary: Dependent on Experience + CPD allowance, 23 days holiday + benefits.
