We are working on behalf of our client who is looking to recruit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent basis.
Our client is a well-established practice who pride themselves on providing a friendly, caring and professional service to their clients. As well as caring for companion animals, they also welcome exotic species like snakes, parrots and tortoises so an interest in this area would be welcomed.
This is a full-time position with practice hours of 08.00-18.00 Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. The hours are flexible for the right candidate to manage their own caseload and would typically see shifts of Monday to Thursday and Monday to Saturday on alternate weeks. In return, our client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package subject to experience.
You will be an ambitious and personable Vet who has a positive, can-do attitude. Ideally, you will have some post graduate experience as there are opportunities for sole charge in the future. You should be enthusiastic, client-focused, and a strong team player. As the practice welcomes exotic species, you should be comfortable working in this area.
