We are working with a friendly and progressive small animal practice in Saltcoats, North Ayrshire that is looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Vet as their Clinical Lead. This is a permanent full-time role that would suit a confident clinician that is passionate about the high standard of clinical work and client/patient care.
You will be joining a team of 10 vets who work over 5 sites and you will work alongside the existing Veterinary Branch Managers in the day to day running of two branches. They are a young, friendly, fun and progressive team who are always looking to improve themselves and services the practices can offer. Across their sites, they have vets available for clients 7 days a week. Their facilities include -
- Fully equipped surgical suites
- Digital X-ray
- In-house Laboratory
- Puppy Parties
- Pet Health Club
- And much more.
This is a full-time permanent role, working 40 hours a week over 4 days. The shifts are Monday-Friday 08:30-19:30, with a weekend rota of 1 in 8 Saturday 08:30-13:00 / 1 in 8 Saturday 09:00-16:30 and Sunday 09:30-16:30.
You will support the Practice Principal and work alongside the existing group Veterinary Branch Managers.

Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Vet (Clinical Lead), who is motivated, experienced and has great communication skills. It is essential that you are a confident clinician with a willingness to continue to promote a high standard of clinical work and client/patient care. You would enjoy working with and empowering your team. Management experience would be an advantage for this role but not essential.
