We are currently recruiting an Associate Veterinarian for a well established Multi-doctor Hospital in Port Huron, Michigan

The Practice:

Based in the vibrant city of Port Huron on the Canadian border, our client is a full-service multi-doctor companion animal hospital. Our client's services and facilities include Routine Veterinary Care, Urgent and Emergency Care, Digital Xrays, Dental Radiography, Advanced Surgeries, Orthopedics, Fully Stocked Pharmacy, Dental Cleaning and Extractions, and Microchipping.

The Role:

This Associate Veterinarian position is open to Veterinarians with a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively and accurately diagnose, perform surgery, and treat an array of patients. Be proficient in a variety of skills including laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, surgery, diagnostics, dental, and nursing skills. An important aspect of the position you must be able to provide guidance to the support staff to assure that the shift flows well and continuity of care is adhered to at all times. Working full time (35 hours) with shifts falling between 8am - 7pm 4 days a week.

The Candidate:

This position would suit a highly motivated Veterinarian with all experiences levels considered. Our client is looking for someone who can set standards of care and protocols in medical and surgical areas and above all, you must have the ability to manage time, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

In return, our client is offering a fantastic packing including a salary of $90,000-$110,000+ (subject to experience), $15,000 Sigingin Bonus, Production bonus, Health Insurance, PTO, 401K with 4% match plus much more. To be eligible for the role you must be a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university prior to position start date and have licensure in good standing to practice in the state.
