We are working with a client with a practice based in Kent that is looking to recruit a full-time small animal Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent basis.
Our client is a rapidly growing, small animal veterinary practice. They are a dedicated practise who are committed to not only investing in state of the art equipment to give patients access to the best possible facilities, but they are also dedicated to being able to offer the best possible care for all pets through their dedicated and experienced vets and nurses.
This is a full-time permanent position for a Lead veterinary surgeon. This role covers 40 hours a week over 4 days, including 1 in 3 Saturdays. In return, our clients are offering a competitive salary which includes:
- A very competitive salary of up to £65,000 p/a (DOE)
- Accommodation allowance of £9,600
- Vehicle or £2,500 vehicle allowance
- £1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave, and in - house CPD training
- VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid
- 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
The ideal candidate for this role should be a motivated individual who possesses leadership qualities, excellent communication and a passion for patient and client care. Strong management and mentor skills are essential as you will play a crucial part within the team. You must be confident sole charge.
