We are working with a client with a practice located in a nice leafy part of Surrey that is looking to recruit a full-time small animal Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent basis. 

The Practice:

Our client is a rapidly growing, small animal veterinary practice. They are a dedicated practice who are committed to not only investing in state of the art equipment and treatment options available, including in-house MRI machines and state-of-the-art operating theatres to give patients access to the best possible facilities, but they are also dedicated to being able to offer the best possible care for all pets through their dedicated and experienced vets and nurses.

The Role:

This is a full-time permanent position for a Lead veterinary surgeon, who has ideally at least 3 - 5 years experience. This role covers 40 hours a week over 4 days, providing great work-life balance. In return, our clients are offering a competitive salary which includes:

  • A very competitive salary of up to £60,000
  • Accommodation allowance of £9,000
  • Vehicle or £2,000 vehicle allowance
  • £1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave, and in- house CPD training
  • VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid
  • 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role should be a motivated individual who possesses leadership qualities, excellent communication and a passion for patient and client care. Strong management and mentor skills are essential as you will play a crucial part within the team. You must be confident sole charge.
