We are working with a practice that is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their busy, well-established small animal practice located in the heart of the Lincolnshire Fens.
Our client's practice is located in a spacious old building which has plenty of character and is well equipped, including digital X-ray and ultrasound facilities.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside a long-standing team of devoted knowledgeable vets and a large team of enthusiastic experienced nurses and reception staff. With multi-disciplinary certificate holders on-site, advancement to a certificate qualification would be actively encouraged. Boston is a busy practice with a varied caseload and receives regular orthopaedic cases including TTA’s and TPLO’s.
This is a full-time permanent position working 4 days a week with a weekend rota giving you an excellent work-life balance. In return, our clients are offering a competitive salary which includes:
- Competitive salary
- £6,600 accommodation allowance
- Vehicle or £2,500 vehicle allowance
- £1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave per annum
- VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid
- 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, a client-oriented approach with excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically with the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further.
