We are working with a lovely practice on the North West Norfolk coast that is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join them as their Lead Vet. Ideally, you will have experience in leading a small team or have the drive and ambition to develop the practice further.
The practice is situated in the beautiful Seaside Village on the North West Norfolk coast. This well-established branch comes well-equipped with digital x-rays, ultrasound, dental facilities, in-house laboratory and much more! This practice has a team of experienced and compassionate vets, nurses and client care team that provides their clients beloved companions with the highest standard of care. The Role and Candidate:
This is a full-time role where you will be working a 4 day week plus weekend rota, no on-call or OOH giving you an excellent work-life balance. There will be some branch work as you will also be required to work at a nearby sister practice.
Our client is looking for someone that is keen to establish themselves as a Lead Vet whilst working in a supportive network. You must be an experienced vet with a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further. You will be confident working sole charge at times with the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' within a small animal practice experience. Ideally, you will have some experience leading a small team or have a willingness to gain that experience with some close mentoring in leadership and branch management.

In return, our client is offering an excellent salary package of up to £65,000 depending on experience, that includes:
• Competitive salary

• 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
