We are working on behalf of a client who wishes to recruit a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their family-owned practice in Bovingdon, Hertfordshire. This position is available to full and part-time applicants.
This practice is RCVS accredited and prides itself on high levels of client and patient care. Family-owned and run, this practice is at the heart of the local community and undertakes exclusively small animal work. They employ 3 Vets, 2 other RVNs and 2 Receptionists. Their services and facilities include:-
- Dedicated operating theatre
- Separate dog and cat wards
- Diagnostic imaging - X-ray and ultrasound
This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week with one regular day off each week, part-time hours would be considered. Hours are 08.30-19.00 during the week and weekends are on a rota of 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 08.30-12.30. There is no out of hours as this is covered by Vets Now. This role is for a Registered Veterinary Nurse or a Nurse who is about to become Registered. You should have good communication and team skills and a desire to offer the highest levels of patient care.
