We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse on a full-time basis to start at a friendly practice.
This practice is well established in the local community with an excellent reputation and offering a friendly, reliable veterinary service to companion animal and large alike. Situated in a beautiful location in the Richmondshire District in North Yorkshire. The long-standing team currently consists of 6 Vets, 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and 2 student Veterinary Nurses.
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 38.5 hours a week 08.30 - 18.00 with no on call. A weekend rota of 1 in 4 working a Saturday morning. The practice is closed on a Sunday. No branch work is involved in this role. In return, our clients are offering a generous salary of circa £22,000 p/a depending on experience.
Our clients are seeking a qualified friendly Registered Veterinary Nurse, who is enthusiastic and passionate about the provision of high-quality service to patients and clients and is able to lead by example and oversee that standards are being met. Also have excellent communication skills, adaptable, driven, positive team focused and able to remain calm and focused in a busy environment. The nurses are key clinical team members and are empowered to do as much as is within their scope of skills
