We are working with a beautiful feline friendly small animal practice in the Kensal Green area of North West London that is looking to recruit a full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse on a permanent basis. Our client is looking for a fantastic nurse who will oversee the smooth running of the practice, who will work closely with the Head Vet to ensure a cohesive team approach.

The Practice:

Our client provides veterinary services to the areas of North West London, they are progressive, forward-thinking, premium veterinary group that has small and medium-sized first opinion practices, 4 large 24-hour hospitals, and a referral centre. The Role:

This is a full-time position working 42 hours per week, the actual shift patterns and weekend rota is to be confirmed at interview. Your main duties will include:

  • Working as a Veterinary Nurse across all areas of the clinic (Surgery, Procedures, and Consultation)
  • Monitoring anaesthetics and assisting with veterinary procedures
  • Ensuring that set nursing practices and protocols are maintained to the current best practice standards

You will share out clients vision and help motivate/inspire the team in delivering outstanding service to patients and clients. You will also ensure that the practice is constantly keeping up standards and implementing new ones as required.

The Candidate:

Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse that has an interest in or previous work experience in all areas of the clinic. You will have outstanding patient and client care skills with excellent communication skills. The role will require you possess the ability to multitask in a busy environment and work well as part of a team
