We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a specialist practice near Kendal in Cumbria on a permanent basis.
This specialist practice enjoys a very busy and varied caseload, including soft tissue surgery, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and orthopaedic services. The current team comprises of 6 Vets, 11 Nurses, and 2 SVNs. They have a purpose-built state of the art facilities with a friendly professional team that supports the surgeons - but more importantly, there are always extra cuddles for the patients and a welcoming cup of tea on arrival.
They currently see around 1000 newly referred cases per year and have seen over 6000 cases since the business was started in 2008. All of the cases have been referred to them by other veterinary practices that trust them to treat their clients' animals. They are frequently asked to assess and treat dogs and cats belonging to vets themselves.
They aim to make the referral process simple and effortless for both referring practices and clients. Prompt friendly advice when required - most importantly a voice at the end of the phone that can help.
