We are working with a growing, thriving team that is based in a state-of-the-art practice in Ashton, Lancashire that is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-built clinic where you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills.
You will be an experienced veterinary surgeon with 2-3+ years post-graduate experience
Our client is a state of the art facility, offering a full range of affordable small animal veterinary services to clients, operating a no appointment, walk-in clinic system. They offer a range of clinical services from preventative healthcare through to complex medical, surgical and orthopaedic procedures. They have superb, spacious, purpose-built surroundings with two operating theatres, six consulting rooms, digital x-ray, and an up-to-date Idexx in-house laboratory.
You will be supported to develop your skills and will have the opportunity to progress as they are a young, growing, thriving company with lots of new opportunities emerging.
The Vet team is fully supported by a highly experienced team of qualified Nurses and development is a key focus for them within the team.
Your standard working hours will be 40 hours per week and you will be required to work shifts within the opening hours of the practice. There is also a requirement to be part of the weekend rota which you will be working 1 in every 4 weekends. Please note, these opening hours may change as the customer base grows.
