We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established practice in South East London who are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an RCVS Accredited practice with a strong team of Vets, Veterinary Nurses, receptionists and a practice manager. They have 2 branches, both of which offer the same equipment and standard of care. Their facilities include:
- Digital X-ray
- Dental X-ray
- In house laboratory (haematology, biochemistry, electrolytes, sedivue urinalysis),
This is a full-time role working an average of 40 hours per week with Saturdays on a rota of 1 in 3, working 09.00-14.00 with time off in lieu. You will be involved in all aspects of clinical nursing, consulting and caring for in-patients, both surgical and medical. The role will be based at one branch with some time spent at the sister branch. In return, our client is offering a competitive salary, starting from £22,000 depending on experience, plus a generous CPD allowance, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and RCVS fees paid.
You should have good organisation skills and be confident in communicating with colleagues and clients. You should also have excellent patient care and clinical skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
