We are working with a practice that is looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their busy, well-established small animal practice located in the heart of the Lincolnshire Fens.
The Practice:
This practice has recently undergone a full refurbishment. The brand-new clinic comes well equipped with digital X-ray, ECG, separate dog, and cat waiting areas and much more. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy practice with a varied caseload and work alongside a supportive Lead Vet and long-standing team.
The Role:
The role is full time, a 4-day week with weekend rota giving you an excellent work-life balance. In return, our client is offering a competitive salary, of up to £55,000 p/a (DOE) and benefits package that includes:
- £6,600 accommodation allowance
- Vehicle or £2,500 vehicle allowance
- £1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days’ CPD leave per annum
- VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid
- 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays

The Candidate:
You should have a client-oriented approach with excellent communication skills. You should also work to a very high standard, both medically and surgically, with the drive and ambition to help develop the practice further.
