We are working with a client based in a rural village, a short drive from the city of Lincoln, that is looking to recruit a full-time small animal Lead Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent basis.

They are a progressive practice and have ambitions to provide world-class clinical care at the very heart of their community so they need great people to join their team to help them realise their vision.

There is an excellent package available, depending on experience, including:
- Package up to £65,000 dependent on experience
- Accommodation allowance
- Vehicle or £2,500 vehicle allowance

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' in small animal practice experience. You must have a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further. You will be confident working sole charge with the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
