We are working with a practice based in Selby, North Yorkshire that is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a permanent full-time basis.

Their highly trained veterinary surgeons and nurses are kept constantly updated on the latest innovations and protocols. They offer a full range of treatments from health checks to emergency operations and they are always committed to providing exceptional veterinary services.
Our client is looking for a permanent Veterinary Surgeon to work on a full-time basis, working (40 hours per week) with some weekends on a rota basis but no OOH! If you’re keen to grow and develop, our clients will support this and can offer a very generous CPD budget. Funding of a certificate is a real possibility for the right candidate. Ideally, you will have good general surgical and medical skills, and be confident in sole charge capacity. In return, our client is offering an excellent package and great benefits including:

You will be joining a small, friendly team of 1 other Vet, 3 Nurses, 2 Receptionists and a Practice Manager. Who pride ourselves on an excellent patient and customer care, as well as being great team-players, which is crucial to a successful happy working environment.
The successful applicant will have great people skills, a good general surgical and medical background, experience of emergency surgery and will work well in a team. You must also have good communication skills and enjoy building relationships with clients, the patients and the practice team.
